Portion of Lagusnilad Underpass closed to traffic for rehab until September

A portion of Lagusnilad vehicular underpass in Manila is closed to traffic starting Tuesday to give way to its rehabilitation expected to last until September.

The Manila City government said that the rehabilitation will include upgrading, concreting, and drainage improvement of the road, according to a report of Darlene Cay on GMA News’ Unang Balita.

Affected motorists are advised to take this alternative route:

• slight right to Padre Burgos Avenue
• turn right to Round Table
• cross Padre Burgos Avenue to Maria Orosa Street
• turn left to Kalaw Avenue
• turn right to Taft Avenue
• to point of destination
