Some roads in Rizal will be closed for Palarong Panlalawigan opening

Some roads in Rizal will be closed for the opening of the Palarong Panlalawigan on Sunday.
 
In an advisory, the Rizal provincial government said a portion of J. P. Rizal Street will be closed starting from Binangonan Bakery to Batingan Triangle, including the entire Sta. Ursula Subdivision (Batingan).
 
A parade will commence from Binangonan Elementary School (Central) at 7 a.m. Roads will be reopened at 9 a.m. when the parade reaches Rizal National Science High School.
