Operating hours of rail systems reduced for Dec. 31
Major train systems are operating on shortened hours on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2022.
In an advisory, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) said LRT2’s last commercial train from Antipolo Station will depart at 7 p.m., while the last train ride from Recto Station will depart at 7:30 p.m.
Regular operations will resume on January 1, 2023.
Light Rail Manila Corp., the operator of LRT1, said that the last train service from Baclaran Station will leave at 7 p.m., while the last service from Roosevelt Station will depart at 7:15 p.m. on December 31, 2022.
MRT3 is also operating on shortened hours on December 31, with the last trip from North Avenue Station at 7:48 p.m., while the last trip from Taft Avenue Station will leave at 8:26 p.m.
