LRT2 operations suspended due to technical issues
Operations of the Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT2) were temporarily suspended on Thursday afternoon due to a technical problem.
Transport operator LRT Authority (LRTA) announced the suspension through an advisory posted 4:18 p.m. on Thursday.
The LRTA said it is taking steps to address the problem, but did not provide additional details. GMA News Online has reached out for more information, but no response was received as of this posting.

The LRT2 operations resumed 4:59 p.m. with, as of 5 p.m., five trains or 20 coaches running with nine minutes average headway.
