LPA forming near Southeastern Mindanao —PAGASA

A Low-Pressure Area (LPA) was spotted 905 kilometers East of Southeastern Mindanao at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, according to PAGASA.
The state weather bureau’s daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon said the LPA will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Mindanao and Eastern Visayas.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced over the rest of the country due to the easterlies.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some parts of the country as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 24.5°C to a maximum of 33.9°C over the next 24-hour period.
