3 weather systems to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of PH

The shear line, northeast monsoon (amihan), and easterlies will continue to bring rainy skies over several parts of the country.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast, the shear line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Dinagat Islands.
The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of MIMAROPA and Bicol Region, while the rest of Luzon will be having partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Palawan, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas of the country as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, strong winds with rough waters may be felt over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
The rest of Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 25.1°C to a maximum of 30°C over the next 24-hour period.
