Multiple weather systems to bring rain, cloudy skies over parts of PH

Three weather systems are expected to bring rain over several different parts of the country according to the daily weather bulletin from PAGASA.
According to the state weather bureau’s forecast on Thursday afternoon, the shear line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Dinagat Islands.
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will bring cloudy skies with rains over the Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and the rest of Bicol Region, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be felt over the rest of the country due to the easterlies.
Possible flash floods or landslides may be felt over some areas as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, strong winds with rough waters may be expected over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
The rest of Luzon will be observing moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas, while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 24.7°C to a maximum of 28.8°C over the next 24-hour period.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6 a.m. on Friday. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/RF, GMA Integrated News
