Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Eastern Visayas — PAGASA

The easterlies are expected to bring rainy conditions and cloudy skies over the Eastern Visayas on Thursday, March 12, 2025.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Wednesday afternoon, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms may be felt over Eastern Samar, Samar, and Leyte due to the easterlies.
The easterlies could also cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, the northern and eastern section of the country will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas.
Light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be observed over the rest of the country.
Temperatures will range from a minimum of 23.4°C to a maximum of 32.4°C over the next 24-hour period.
