PAGASA predicts isolated rains over parts of PH this Saturday

Cloudy skies with isolated rains will prevail over part of the country this Saturday, according to weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

The shear line will affect Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms.  Residents are warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains as a result of the Northeast Monsoon while the rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

As of 2 am on Saturday, PAGASA said no low pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
