PAGASA: Cloudy skies, rains expected across PH

Cloudy skies and rains are expected across the country on Wednesday due to three weather systems, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the Northeast Monsoon.

The same weather conditions will bring cloudy skies with rains in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon.

Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, and Caraga will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line.

The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms as a result of the easterlies.

As of 2 a.m. of February 26, PAGASA said no pressure areas are being monitored for tropical cyclone formation.
