3 weather systems to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of PH

Multiple weather systems will still cause cloudy conditions and rainy skies over several parts of the country.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Saturday afternoon, the shear line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Palawan and Visayas, while Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.

Meanwhile, strong winds with rough waters may be felt over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon.

The rest of Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
