Most parts of PH to receive rains, see cloudy skies
Three weather systems will prevail across the country, bringing rains and cloudy conditions.
Visayas, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Caraga, Davao Region, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line, PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will be expected over Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi because of the easterlies.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of Mindanao.
The northern and eastern sections of Luzon will experience strong winds and rough seas.
The rest of Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are possible for the rest of the country.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6:17 a.m. — VBL, GMA Integrated News
