Moderate to heavy rains affect parts of NCR, Bulacan, Rizal

Parts of Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Rizal experienced moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds Tuesday afternoon, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In a thunderstorm advisory issued at 2:05 p.m., PAGASA said the affected areas are:

• Quezon City, Caloocan, Manila in Metro Manila
• San Jose del Monte, Santa Maria, Pandi in Bulacan, and
• San Mateo, Antipolo in Rizal.

The weather condition may persist within two hours and may affect nearby areas.

Pampanga, Zambales, Quezon, Laguna, and Batangas are also expected to experience moderate to heavy rains within the next two to three hours.

Affected residents are advised to take measures flash floods and landslide brought by the heavy downpour.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
