A shear line, Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), and Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) continue to affect parts of the country on Tuesday and will bring clouds and rains, according to PAGASA.
Isabela and Aurora may expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to the shear line. Flash floods or landslides may possibly result due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Zamboanga Peninsula, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi may experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ. Residents were advised to be alert for flash floods or landslides that may possibly result due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may possibly occur.
