Scattered rain expected over eastern Luzon -PAGASA

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms over the Bicol Region and Quezon province, according to PAGASA’s Saturday afternoon forecast.

Similar conditions are expected in Cagayan Valley and Aurora due to the Northeast Monsoon, which will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides in affected areas.

Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas are expected over Northern and Central Luzon, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
