PAGASA: Parts of PH to have cloudy skies, rains due to easterlies, Amihan

Several areas in the Visayas and Luzon will experience cloudy skies and rains triggered by the easterlies and Northeast Monsoon or Amihan, PAGASA said.

In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas.  Flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains are possible.

Amihan will affect the Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and Quezon which will result in cloudy skies with rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by Amihan.

Easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms to the rest of the country.
