PAGASA: Rains to prevail over parts of Luzon, Visayas due to Amihan, shear line
Parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and the Visayas will continue to experience cloudy skies and rains due to the shear line and the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan on Wednesday, PAGASA said.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the state weather bureau said Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms triggered by the shear line.
In Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Central Luzon, cloudy skies with rains will prevail due to Amihan.
Residents in these areas are advised to be alert for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of CALABARZON.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
The sun will rise at 6:23 a.m. and will set at 5:42 p.m. —LDF/KG, GMA Integrated News
