Shear Line, Amihan to bring rains over parts of Luzon
The Shear Line is currently affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the rest of Luzon will experience he Northeast Monsoon, according to the Sunday weather advisory from PAGASA.
The state weather bureau said that the Shear Line will has brought cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms to the Bicol Region and Northern Samar.
Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains, PAGASA warned.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Easterlies.
Strong to gale force winds from the northeast is the forecast for Northern and Central Luzon. Coastal water conditions will be rough to very rough.
