PAGASA: Heavy rains seen in Northern Luzon due to shear line

Moderate to at times heavy rains may affect the eastern section of Northern Luzon due to the shear line, PAGASA said in a bulletin on Wednesday.

The areas that may experience this weather condition are the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and the rest of Cagayan Valley.

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan, meanwhile, will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains in Batanes.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers as a result of localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said.—LDF, GMA Integrated News
