Parts of Luzon to experience cloudy skies, rains due to Amihan
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will continue to affect parts of Luzon, the state weather bureau PAGASA said on Tuesday afternoon.
In its 24-hour weather forecast, PAGASA said the Northeast Monsoon would bring cloudy skies with light rains over the Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Ilocos Region.
The Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides are possible in some parts of the Philippines as a result of these weather conditions.
Meanwhile, the extreme Northern Luzon will have strong winds with rough waters.
The rest of Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough seas, and the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
