ITCZ, easterlies will bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of PH
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over Southern Mindanao while the easterlies will be affecting Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
Zamboanga Peninsula, Davao Occidental, Sarangani, South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains
The rest of SOCCSKSARGEN, BARMM, and Davao Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Eastern Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the northeast to northwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
