PAGASA: Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in Metro Manila, Eastern Visayas

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the prevailing easterlies, according to PAGASA.

In its 4 a.m. daily weather update, the state weather bureau also said it has not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to the localized thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods or landslides are expected during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA added.
