Cloudy skies in Luzon, E. Visayas due to easterlies – PAGASA

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies over Luzon and Eastern Visayas, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected over Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Possible floods and landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.

Light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters may be felt over the whole archipelago.
