Shear line to cause rains over extreme Northern Luzon

The shear line will bring rainy skies over extreme Northern Luzon, PAGASA said in its daily weather forecast on Saturday afternoon.

In the next 24 hours, the shear line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the Bicol Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley.

The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the whole country will feel light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:47 a.m. on Sunday.  —Jiselle Anne Casucian/VBL, GMA Integrated News
