Typhoon Julian has re-entered PAR, says PAGASA

Typhoon Julian (international name Krathon) re-entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Thursday morning, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

"At 8:00 AM today (October 3), the center of the eye of Typhoon #JulianPH re-entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR)," PAGASA said on Facebook.

Julian exited PAR on Tuesday.

As of 5 a.m. on Thursday, Batanes remains under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 due to Julian, which had reached super typhoon level when it hit areas in North Luzon.
