Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, rains over Bicol, parts of VisMin

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies and rains over parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, PAGASA said in its daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon.

The easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Mindanao and Eastern and Central Visayas, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the Bicol Region.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may be expected over the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains or severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the whole archipelago will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
