PAGASA: Tropical storm Helen enters PAR
Tropical Storm Pulasan has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility and has been assigned the domestic name Helen, the weather bureau PAGASA has said.
According to PAGASA, Helen entered the PAR at 6:30 p.m. Tropical cyclone bulletins on Helen will start to be issued at 11 p.m.

According to its 5 p.m. bulletin on Tropical Depression Gener, both cyclones are expected to enhance the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and bring strong to gale-force gusts across the country until Thursday.
In PAGASA's tropical cyclone advisory issued at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Pulasan was spotted at 10 a.m. outside the PAR at 1,845 km East of Northern Luzon or 1,800 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.3°N, 139.7°E) with aximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
It was moving north-northwest at 25 kph. —NB, GMA Integrated News
