Habagat to bring cloudy skies over parts of N. Luzon – PAGASA

Northern Luzon will continue to experience cloudy skies and rains caused by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Wednesday afternoon.

The state weather bureau predicted that partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced by Batanes and Babuyan Islands due to the Habagat, while the rest of the country will experience the same due to localized thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.

Meanwhile, the whole country will be having light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:39 a.m. on Thursday. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/RF, GMA Integrated News
