4 Luzon provinces to experience heavy rains —PAGASA

Laguna, Quezon, Bulacan, and Rizal are expected to experience moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds before noon Monday, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In a thunderstorm advisory issued at 9:05 a.m., PAGASA also said Gabaldon and General Tinio in Nueva Ecija and Rosario in Batangas are now experiencing heavy rains.

It may persist within two hours and may affect nearby areas.

Affected residents are advised to take precautionary measures against flash floods and landslides.—AOL, GMA Integrated News
