ITCZ, easterlies to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over parts of PH
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers over Palawan and Southern Mindanao while the easterlies will be affecting the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.
Zamboanga Peninsula and Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
The eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southwest to southeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
