Cloudy skies, rain showers expected across PH — PAGASA

Cloudy skies and rain showers will be experienced over several parts of the country, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Thursday afternoon.

In its 24-hour public weather forecast, the state weather bureau said southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the Ilocos Region.

Meanwhile, the frontal system may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also be having partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.

The affected residents were warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, Luzon may experience moderate winds with moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will be having light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
