Shear line, easterlies to bring cloudy skies, thunderstorms across PH

The country will still see cloudy skies in the next 24 hours because of the shear line and the easterlies.

According to PAGASA’s weather forecast issued on Friday afternoon, Batanes will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Flash floods or landslides may occur because of the two weather systems.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be observed all over the Philippines.
