Shear line, easterlies to bring rainy skies over PH

The shear line and easterlies may bring cloudy skies and rain showers to several parts of the country, PAGASA said. 

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Friday afternoon, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms may be expected over Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Northern Quezon due to the shear line.

The easterlies may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms throughout the rest of the Philippines.

Flash floods and landslides may occur.

Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters are forecast for the northern and western sections of Northern Luzon, while the rest of the country is expected to experience moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
