Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains over PH on Black Saturday

The easterlies will be affecting the eastern section of the country on Black Saturday, PAGASA reported.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon residents will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
