Amihan, easterlies to bring cloudy skies across PH

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will continue to affect Northern Luzon on Monday and bring light rains to Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela, PAGASA said in its forecast. 

The easterlies, meanwhile, are affecting Metro Manila and the rest of the country and may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned that possible flash floods or landslides may take place in areas during severe thunderstorms.

The state weather bureau also said the northern and eastern sections of the country may experience moderate to strong wind speed blowing east to northeast.

Coastal Waters, meanwhile, will be moderate to rough across the country.
