Amihan to bring rain to parts of northern and central Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan is affecting parts of northern and central Luzon, according to PAGASA’s daily weather report on Wednesday afternoon.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Amihan, while the combined effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms may cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.

Meanwhile, the eastern section of the country may experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while the rest of the country is forecast to have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
