Rainy in parts of Mindanao, Southern Leyte due to trough of LPA
The trough of a low pressure area (LPA) will affect several provinces in the Mindanao region and Southern Leyte, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 4 p.m. bulletin, PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains in the Davao Region, Caraga, Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Camiguin, and Southern Leyte.
The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the trough of the LPA and localized thunderstorms.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, and the rest of Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light rains brought by the Northeast Monsoon.
The Northeast Monsoon will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies in Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and the Visayas.
The sun will rise over Metro Manila at 6:25 a.m. on Tuesday. —LDF, GMA Integrated News
