Amihan to bring light rains over parts of PH

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is affecting the country on Sunday and will bring light rains over several areas, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country meanwhile may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Coastal waters will be rough in Southern Luzon, Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao, and moderate to rough in the rest of the country.
