Amihan to bring rains over parts of Northern Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring rains over parts of Northern Luzon on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.

Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon but with no significant impact.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, and the rest of Calabarzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the Northeast Monsoon but with no significant impact.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with the possibility that flash floods or landslides would occur during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is strong moving northeast ward. Coastal waters will be  rough.

The rest of the country will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
