Northeast Monsoon to bring light rains over parts of Luzon
Parts of Luzon will have light rains on Monday due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), PAGASA said in its weather forecast.
Apayao, Batanes, and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains as the monsoon continues to affect Northern and Central Luzon.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and the rest of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Amihan.
The rest of the country meanwhile will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may possibly occur.
Coastal waters will be rough in Northern Luzon, and moderate to rough in the rest of the country.
