PAGASA: Shear Line brings rains to Southern Luzon and Visayas
PAGASA said the Shear Line is affecting the eastern portion of Southern Luzon and Visayas while the Northeast Monsoon is affecting the rest of Luzon.
On its 4 a.m. weather forecast for Sunday, January 7,PAGASA said the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Quezon, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur will have Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Easterlies.
The weather bureau warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and the rest of CALABARZON will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Amihan.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms by the Easterlies
