In its 24-hour public weather forecast, PAGASA warned residents of Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains caused by Amihan.
Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon,
Meanwhile, the Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA, and the Bicol Region will also experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to easterlies. Residents were advised to be alert of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon and eastern sections of the Visayas and Mindanao will experience moderate to rough coastal waters while it will be slight to moderate for the rest of the country.
