Northeast Monsoon, easterlies to bring rains over parts of PH
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) affecting Luzon and easterlies affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Wednesday will bring rains over parts of the country, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.
Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with rains due to the monsoon. Moderate to at times heavy rains may possibly lead to flash floods or landslides.
Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, and Palawan may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may result.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the monsoon.
Meanwhile, coastal waters will be rough in Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon.
The seas on the other hand will be moderate to rough in the rest of Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.
The rest of the country's coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
