Amihan, Easterlies to bring rains in parts of PH
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan is affecting parts of Luzon while the Easterlies are affecting parts of Visayas and Mindanao, according to PAGASA.
In PAGASA's daily weather report on Tuesday, the Northeast Monsoon may cause cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora, and Quezon while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon may have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
The combined effects of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms may also cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of the said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon may experience strong winds with rough waters, while the rest of Luzon and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao may have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters.
The rest of the country is forecast to have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters.
