PAGASA: Northeast Monsoon to bring rains in parts of PH

The Northeast Monsoon continues to affect several parts of Extreme Northern Luzon, according to PAGASA’s daily weather report on Saturday.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected over Batanes and Babuyan Islands, while the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms because of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
