Northeast Monsoon to bring rains over Northern Luzon

The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) continues to affect Northern Luzon on Monday and will bring rains, PAGASA said.

Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao will have cloudy skies with light rains.

Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms. During severe thunderstorms, flash floods or landslides may possibly occur.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in Luzon, and slight to moderate in Visayas and Mindanao.
