Shear line, Amihan affect Luzon

The shear line and the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) continue to affect Luzon, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA on Thursday afternoon.

Quezon, Camarines Norte, and Camarines Sur will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line, while the Northeast Monsoon will prevail over the rest of Luzon.

There will be localized thunderstorms in other areas of the country. 

Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country is forecast to have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
