The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mountain Province, and Aurora, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Central Luzon and the rest of Calabarzon.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms because of the Shear Line and localized thunderstorms.
