Shear Line to bring rains over Central Luzon
The Shear Line will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in various parts of Central Luzon, according to state weather bureau PAGASA on Saturday.
Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, and Camarines Norte will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, according to PAGASA's latest weather bulletin.
Meanwhile, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
In Northern Luzon, the wind speed will be moderate to strong, moving northeast while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving east to northeast, with slight to moderate coastal waters.
