Shear Line to bring rains in parts of Northern Luzon

The Shear Line and Trough of low pressure area (LPA) will bring rains in parts of Northern Luzon over the weekend, according to state weather bureau PAGASA on Saturday. 

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over parts of Batanes, Caraga, and Davao Region, according to PAGASA's 4 p.m. bulletin. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods and landslides may occur as a result of these weather conditions.

Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
